West Jackson Highway Masterplan

The West Jackson Highway Master Plan is a master planning effort designed to redevelop a mixture of existing and former aggregate mining properties as well as various residential, institutional, agricultural, and industrial properties located along State Route 16 in Sacramento. In working to obtain the project’s entitlements, StoneBridge Properties has collaborated with Sacramento County, the City of Sacramento, and an array of special districts and stakeholders on developing a comprehensive concept for how to best develop the Plan Area.

Ultimately, StoneBridge Properties envisions building out the project with a broad variety of land uses configured in a manner that exemplifies smart and efficient growth patterns. As it is implemented, this particularly unique infill project will connect the Rosemont and Vineyard communities through the provision of complete streets, transit and trail connections, and urban farming opportunities.
