INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPED 

StoneBridge Properties will design and construct the civil improvements including mass grading, drainage improvements, roadways and wet/dry utilities. Additionally, the project will include 12 + acres of open space and recreation, 2+ acres of open space/detention basins and three park sites totaling 2.7+ gross acres to be designed and installed by StoneBridge Properties.

PROPOSED LAND USES DEVELOPED 

353 Total Residential Units including 204 Single Family Units, 140 Multi-Family Units and 9 Residential Mixed-Use Units within Town Center Commercial. 

EQUITY AND DEBT INVESTMENT 

The project entitlements are being financed 100% through equity provided by Teichert, StoneBridge Properties’ parent company.

ROLE IN PROJECT  

StoneBridge Properties is the Master Developer. 

PROJECT OUTCOME  

The project entitlements are expected to be received in 2023.

Hidden Grove

Hidden Grove is an approximately 62+ acre proposed infill development nestled blocks away from the historic downtown area of Loomis. Hidden Grove has been designed to provide a mixture of residential, town center commercial, park and open space/recreational uses, all of which together are intended to create an inviting community while being consistent with the Town of Loomis’ General Plan. Once complete, the Hidden Grove neighborhood will be comprised of a variety of distinct housing types interconnected and tied together by tree-lined walkable streets, open space, and community spaces to compliment the surrounding community and maintain Loomis’ historic charm.
